Get up at 8 a.m. for me, at 9:30 for the 3 others. Lunch of cereals and fruits, then we pick up and explain a bit how the boat works. We're getting hungry, time to go to lunch not far away, then beach at El Médano. A place very popular with water sports enthusiasts because there are a lot of windsurfers, kite surfers...
We swim in a small cove with a lot of waves. I even almost lost my bathing suit bottoms in these.
Back to do a big grocery store shop, the car trunk is full, then at least 1 hour to place the stock. Andrea washes the fruits and vegetables on the quay, we don't want insects on board. I store everything and I cut the papaya. The guys are going to get more ice, in pairs. Because it's really hard work.
Then we relax a bit and have a pasta dinner on the boat. We are getting ready for our crossing tomorrow to La Gomera!
